Group Exercise Instructor
I am a Group Exercise Instructor. While fitness has been a priority for over 20 years, my professional fitness career began as a Martial Arts Instructor for the Marine Corps. I believe in a strong, cohesive workout environment that emphasizes strength and interval training and some cardio. We're going to push your limits and thrive in a motivating environment together.
In my free time I enjoy sailing, fishing, climbing mountains, and volunteering with Special Olympics of Michigan.
