Dillon loves being involved in anything fitness. He has competed in two natural bodybuilding competitions and love the mental and physical challenge of changing your body through diet and exercise. Dillon feels that nothing is more empowering than having control over how you look and feel. With an exercise science background, he hopes to use his knowledge of fitness in leading others towards their personal goals and living a more happy and healthy lifestyle.
