Fitness Center/ Lynn and Paul Alandt Fitness Complex 

Approximately 5,000 square feet

 

 

  • Cardio Machines                                  

This area has treadmills, a StairMaster, indoor rowing machines and a variety of bicycles and ellipticals. This equipment offers an easy to use App interface, virtual active technology on demand and built in social media App to keep you inspired.

 

  • Circuit Area/Free Weight Area

Utilize these areas to strengthen and to target each part of the body.

 

  • Fitness Staff 

Fitness professionals are available to answer questions and help with use of equipment. (Meet our Fitness Staff)

       

 

Fitness Studio

 

  • Group Exercises classes are offered in the fitness studio complimentary with membership.

  

  • No registration necessary, just drop in!

 

  • Also available to members ages 14+ at designated open times when class is not in session.

Gymnasium/Bradley Sports Court

Cycle Studio

A Gift from the Hempstead Family.

This space accommodates Group Exercise classes for cycling, with Keiser M3i Bikes complete with Keiser IPS Bluetooth technology.

Shelden Family Aquatic Center

 

  • The pool water temperature is kept at 84 degrees and air at 86 degrees

  • Zero-depth/beach entry pool

  • Four lap lanes that can be shared. Lap lanes are 25 yards and 3-5 ft. deep

  • Aquatic fitness classes are offered complimentary with membership

Locker Rooms

Family locker room gifted by the Cotton Family

  • The pool is accessible through the women’s, men’s and family locker rooms

Corewell Health leases approximately 25% of the Neighborhood Club’s facility to offer Adult Physical Therapy as well as the John A. and Marlene L. Boll Center for Human 

Development.

 

The Boll Center provides Corewell Health Children's diagnostic and therapeutic services for children facing a wide range of learning and developmental concerns, allowing families to efficiently access a range of specialists, including speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists and physical therapists.
