We hope that you and your family are safe and healthy! We will not charge all recurring members for at least the month of April or until our facility resumes operations. You may see a charge on your bank account with the amount “pending”, but this charge will drop off in one to two days with no payment processed. If you click on the receipt number in the confirmation email we send you, you will see the total amount charged will be “ 0 “.

Neighborhood Club COVID-19 Information Letter 3/24/2020
Members of the Fitness Facility - Due to the extenuating unfortunate circumstances we all face together, the Neighborhood Club will be handling our membership payments as follows: Based on your billing date, we will begin to credit all recurring memberships for the month of April, therefore, you will not be charged for at least one full month of service. If the mandated closure lasts longer than one month, we will credit you for the time the facility was closed when we resume operations. Please note that some instructors are posting workouts on social media and YouTube for your convenience. THANK YOU fitness instructors!
Program Participants and Classes – Those programs that have been cancelled, our customers will receive a full credit to their account. Other programs will receive a prorated credit to their account. All credits will take place upon our resume of operations.
