I believe that the practice of yoga leads us to who we are and the community reminds us that we are not alone.


I have more than 25 years of experience as a teacher and practitioner of yoga and mindfulness practices. Throughout my life, yoga has been the one constant that has helped me to find balance and equanimity in our complex world.


I hold multiple E-RYT- 200 level certifications and an advanced 500 hour level certification with the prominent San Francisco based teacher Jason Crandell in the lineage of Iyengar and Ashtanga styles.


I’ve also been influenced by and have studied with Kathryn Budig, Bryan Kest and Rolf Gates.


You can expect my classes to be thoughtfully planned, focusing on anatomy and physiology in a challenging but accessible way.
