Carolyn Bradt has 20 Years Teaching Experience Instructing a wide variety of fitness classes at many Detroit local gyms. Her Certifications range from Group Ex Instructor (AfAA), Pilates (SCW, AFAA), Yoga, Barre Above, Balletone, Indoor Cycling (Schwinn, Keiser), Kickboxing, Rebounder, Reformer, Weight Lifting, Step Aerobics, and Personal Training (WITS).


Carolyn's studies at the college level are Physiology, Anatomy, Kinesiology, Medical Terminology and Medical Coding.


Carolyn’s passion is motivating and connecting with her class participants and feeling the energy and excitement in a Group Fitness Class!
