Group Exercise Instructor
I am a Group Exercise Instructor at the
Neighborhood Club Recreation and Wellness Center. I teach many exercise classes such as cycle, kickboxing, all forms of yoga, body boot camp, piyo strength, step and strength just to name a few. I really enjoy helping others enjoy fitness.
I have three daughters who keep me busy when I'm not teaching. For my own fitness regimen I run, practice ashatanga yoga and barre. Some of my favorite moves are headstand, burpees, side planks, surrenders, and extreme donkey kicks. What I love to instill in everyone is that you never regret coming to a class. The hardest part is showing up! Once you finish you'll never wish you hadn't come. Your mind and body will always thank you for moving!
