Hi, I’m Kelly Blunden, an ISSA-certified personal Trainer and RRCA-certified running Coach passionate about helping our Neighborhood Club members build strength, confidence, and energy for everyday life.

I believe in functional strength training—movements that improve performance in the gym and help you move better, feel stronger, and stay active in the activities you love. Whether your goal is to improve athletic performance, increase mobility, or feel your best, I’ll meet you where you are and design a program that fits your lifestyle and goals.

 

My approach blends purposeful movement, strength, and endurance training to keep you active in both sport and life. Most of all, I’m here to help you discover that fitness can be empowering and fun!
