Meg recently graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation & Sports Management. She is passionate about helping people discover their strength and confidence through fitness.

 

Meg is eager to work with clients of all backgrounds—whether they are brand new to the gym, have an athletic history, or simply want to add some new tricks to their routine. Her goal is to meet clients where they are and guide them toward life-changing wellness habits that support their health both inside and outside the gym.

 

She is here to create a personalized approach that helps clients feel challenged, motivated, and empowered. Whether clients are chasing performance goals or just looking to build sustainable, healthy routines, Meg is ready to help you take the next step toward becoming the best version of you!
