Personal Trainer Jen Cracchiolo

Jen is a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor Club Recreation and Wellness Center. She teaches many exercise classes such as cycle, kickboxing, all forms of yoga, body boot camp, PIYO strength, step and strength just to name a few. Jen really enjoy helping others enjoy fitness.

She has three daughters who keep her busy when she is not instructing. For her own fitness regimen she runs, practices ashatanga yoga and barre. Some of her favorite moves are headstand, burpees, side planks, surrenders, and extreme donkey kicks. Jen loves to instill in everyone is that you never regret coming to a class. The hardest part is showing up! Once you finish you'll never wish you hadn't come. Your mind and body will always thank you for moving!
