Personal Trainer Randy Stebbins
Randy is a functional trainer that helps people with their activities for daily living. Because he himself has had injuries, surgeries, and physical therapy; he is able to understand other people’s injuries and rehabilitation to help them recover and get strong again. Randy has always been into health, fitness, and sports. He played sports in high school and college including football. Later he was a competitive bodybuilder and an Army paratrooper. He also has coached many teams throughout the years through the Neighborhood Club.
