Hi! I'm Kathy and I love Pilates to support every form of movement and as a lifetime practice. I teach mat Pilates, and I'm a trainer for every Pilates apparatus, so I use props during mat that replicate the benefits of the additional work or help of a machine.

 

The human body is the most finely designed machine in existence! I want to help you get the most from your body through improved flexibility, balance and focused strengthening.
