Group Exercise Instructor 


I am a Group Exercise Instructor at the Neighborhood Club Recreation and Wellness Center. I teach The Grind which utilizes components of HIIT, Crossfit and Tabata that provides the ultimate workout. I'm also a certified personal trainer. I fell in love with fitness after losing weight on my own fitness journey. I loved the way working-out made me feel and wanted to be able to share that with other.


In my free time I enjoy walking my dogs, cooking and exploring new places.
