Personal Trainer Mark Karam

I'm Mark Karam, an NSCA-certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with over 10 years of experience training youth athletes and have been teaching the “Youth Strength and Conditioning” class at the neighborhood Club as part of the NCFIT program. At the gym, I work with kids ages 10 to 15 to help them develop proper technique, coordination, strength, and power through safe, age-appropriate training programs.
My approach focuses on teaching correct movement mechanics while creating a fun and supportive environment. Whether your child is new to training or looking to improve sports performance, my goal is to help them move better, feel stronger, and build confidence and independence in the weight room.
