Personal Trainer Kristi Miller
Kristi is a certified personal trainer at the Neighborhood Club Recreation and Wellness Center. She specializes in resistance training.
Kristi is a mother of five and knows how hard it can be to balance a healthy lifestyle with raising children. She has worked over a decade as a Doula and a certified lactation counselor. She has a passion for helping women in their childbearing years and beyond. She knows what a beautiful and challenging time this can be. Kristi believes fitness and movement is just as good for the body as it is for the mind and can ease the stress of life.
For her own movement she enjoys strength training, swimming, running and yoga. She has participated in multiple half marathons and triathlons along with century cycling events.
She believes fitness should be sustainable and nurturing to your body not a process of beating it up.
