I am a Cycle Instructor at the Neighborhood Club Recreation and Wellness Center. As a long time participant of these classes, I am very excited to apply what I’ve learned and what these classes have meant to me to others.

 

Attending indoor cycling classes at the Neighborhood Club, along with a change in diet and exercise, helped me lose 75 pounds and instilled a love for cycling, both indoors and out, within me. You can find me in the cycling studio as much as six times a week and out on the road just as often (when the weather allows).

 

I love being active and find it so much more fulfilling than the alternative. I look forward to working with others to help them achieve their goals, remain motivated on their personal journeys to happy healthy lives, and have fun while doing it.
